PURE ENERGY BODIES

I am a mom, daughter, sister, auntie, nana...and my family means the world to me!  I recently left my corporate job in Alaska and am now living in California to be closer to my family and to do more meaningful work...by Inspiring Health and Healing around the world!

I am also a Biofeedback Specialist and Anti-Aging Specialist, certified through the Natural Therapies Certification Board. This entailed multiple classes, course-work, and 600 hours of pre-certification practice on clients. 

I have have a Medical Qi Gong Practioner Certification thru the Oriental Healing Arts Center, located in Anchorage, Alaska. In addition, I have certifications in Chakra Healing and Balancing, and Spiritual Energetic Healting, thru Paedia, which was in Anchorage, Alaska. In 2019 I also received my certification as a Health Coach. In went to college at St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN and majored in Dietetics, so I'm excited to add Health Coaching into my business offerings.

I believe that all life and all things are comprised of universal energy from the divine source.  I further believe that all of us are able to connect with the divine source for guidance, wisdom, and innate powers and abilities we have yet to discover.

I believe that life is meant to be abundant in all aspects.  I believe that each one of us has the infinite capacity to manifest the perfect life for ourselves that includes love, health, wealth, and perfect self expression.

I believe that Healthy "Real Whole Foods", Whole Food Supplements, Pure-Fresh Water, Exercise, Sleep, Deep Breathing, Meditation, Prayer, and Biofeedback are extremely effective ways to assist anyone on their journey towards better health and a better life. I believe that through these measures, anyone can improve their quality of life.
