You CAN change the way you age. You can alter the way you age by increasing the body's natural reenerative ability, and decreasing the natural impairment that accompanies growing older.
What Makes Us Age
The key to staying younger longer is to keep producing HEALTHY CELLS. How do you do that? By feeding your body and your cells with the most powerful nutrients on the plantet. You can be your healthiest at any age if you add the best possible sources of raw materials, energy and cell renewal materials throughout your life.
Raw Materials
The raw materials that your body needs, aka nutrients, is found in vetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, & leguems...aka PLANTS. When you add superior raw materials like cocentrated fruit extracts, super-green foods, herbs, and other cell nourishing nutraceuticlas, you are adding materials that are high in antioxidants that help protect cells, enhance the body's aility to build and restore muscle, and promote celluar health.
Nutrients enhance the production of energy and give you a boost. Without proper nutrition, your body begins to wear down; thus we need a constant source of energy to keep the body repaired and functioning well. If you neglect your body and don't provide it with the raw materials it needs, then we see faster effects of aging: fatigue, weight gain, poor skin tone, joint discomfort and dry, brittle hair. These are signs of aging.

Although there are many types of Biofeedback sessions that can assist with Anti-Aging, below is an example of one type of session.
The Brain: How it affects Aging and Weight Loss
ALPHA – this is the brain wave state associated with relaxation, creativity, love, and awareness. After prayer, meditation, or a loving encounter you’ll usually find yourself in an alpha state. This alpha state balances out your beta moments, and in an ideal world, you’ll fluctuate back and forth between alpha and beta throughout the day.
ALPHA: this is where you need to spend more time to balance out and heal your body mental, physically, and hormonally.
The Alpha State = Drop in Cortisol: You may have learned how devastating cortisol can be for weight loss, so the goal is to take action to keep cortisol and the “stress response” under control. You want to do your best to help your brain enjoy some peaceful, calming alpha waves throughout the day, particularly before bed and during times of heightened stress.
At the root of all our thoughts, emotions and behaviors is the communication between neurons within our brains. Brainwaves are produced by synchronized electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other.
Brainwave speed is measured in Hertz (cycles per second) and they are divided into bands delineating slow, moderate, and fast waves.
DELTA WAVES (.5 TO 3 HZ)
Delta brainwaves are slow, loud brainwaves (low frequency and deeply penetrating, like a drum beat). They are generated in deepest meditation and dreamless sleep. Delta waves suspend external awareness and are the source of empathy. Healing and regeneration are stimulated in this state, and that is why deep restorative sleep is so essential to the healing process.
THETA WAVES (3 TO 8 HZ)
Theta brainwaves act as our gateway to learning and memory. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It is that twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we wake or drift off to sleep. In theta we are in a dream; vivid imagery, intuition and information beyond our normal conscious awareness. It’s where we hold our fears, troubled memories, and nightmares.
ALPHA WAVES (8 TO 12 HZ)
Alpha brainwaves are dominant during quietly flowing thoughts. Alpha is “in the now’, being in the present. Alpha is the resting state for the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.
BETA WAVES (12 TO 38 HZ)
Beta brainwaves dominate our normal waking state of consciousness when attention is directed towards cognitive tasks and the outside world. Beta is a fast activity, present when we are alert, attentive, engaged in problem solving, judgment, decision making and focused mental activity.
